How has Oakcliff helped you in my development:

Oakcliff played a massive role in my professional development and it extends far beyond just the sailing industry. Oakcliff taught me to be entrepreneurial and showed me the many opportunities that exist in the sailing world. It exposed me to many disciplines of sailing I otherwise would not have participated in and forced me to be out of my comfort zone. But most importantly, Oakcliff provided me with many lifelong memories and friendships. We all strive to do amazing things in the sport of sailing and Oakcliff provides that platform, but I often think that the comraderie and the quality individuals that land at oakcliff are overlooked. Oakcliff does an excellent job selecting its saplings, acorns, and staff members and that’s what truly keeps the program together and what develops quality professional sailors.
